5. I fully agree with you; I'm in the KH fandom but my current obsession is Xenogears Xenogears Xenogears, the best game that nobody ever played or remembers. But having played almost all of the games in your graphic, I am comfortable saying that I don't think any of those games were it.
Way to retcon the whole fucking series, SO3. And Xenosaga, bleh. Wherefore art thou, Xenogears...?10. These secrets make me so happy.
14. After a great deal of squinting, I managed to identify the body parts in question. (WTF ass-dimples.) With that said: word. Is there penile reduction surgery?

I love Xenosaga too, but I admit that it wasn't very good. XENOGEARS, HOWEVER. IS PRETTY MUCH THE BEST RPG THAT EVER WAS. I replay it once a year. ^__^

I wished more people in the XENOSAGA fandom had played Xenogears. Because I went NUTS the whole series drawing connections between the games. Like. Jin and, and, how he WAS Citan at the end of III. And KOS-MOS being the Antitype. And that DUNGEON that looks exactly like the final fight with Deus, with the party having almost word for word the same conversation Citan and Bart did about which way to attack to orbs (I ALWAYS DID IT THE BART WAY. I HAVE NO PATIENCE, LOL).

I didn't like Fei and Elly's relationship much in my original game
which was like, a bad opinion to have, because the game was kind of about them?but now I loff them. And I loff Bart ("...was that a beam cannon?" "That was so cool!" "You almost knocked down Babel Tower." "I totally did that on purpose. For demonstration purposes. And it was cool.") and Billy (for all your conflicted religious needs) and-- yes.I thought it was canon that Sigurd screwed everyone when he was in Jugend. It's just that Ramsus went and spent the next ten years obsessing over it! And Citan got married and I maybe like him and Yui together enough that I wrote a big long fic about them and kind of also about everyone else he knew. Although again, on my first playthrough I was all like, "Wife wut? *slashslash*"
JESSIE KNEW THAT WHEN THEY ALL GOT MARRIED, HE WOULD HAVE BLACKMAIL, AND THAT'S ALL HE NEEDS.
It kills me that Xenosaga and Xenogears are such like, exclusive fandoms. Xenosaga has a respectable fandom but they ignore everything that didn't happen ten thousand years before anything I cared about happened. D: Distress! There's nowhere to post my feverish writings or recruit RP for my obsession.

I didn't like FEI period the first time I played through, for reasons I can't understand now but may have something to do with a bitterness at how he never learned more than four deathblows in the whole entire game that immaturely translated over into my interpretation of his actual personality. Now I feel that he is one of the most realized RPG protagonists I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. He even manages to be full of angst and mental issues while still being a fun character. ♥ And his relationship with Elly is just epic. I also wrote it off the first time I played as being "boring" because, I dunno. When I was fourteen I thought canon her romance was boring? O__O

THX, DISC II.I like pretending that EVERYONE in Xenosaga is supposed to be someone from Xenogears even though that's totally not true or possible. But it's lots of fun! (because, obviously, Jr. and Guignan would become Bart and Sigurd. And Ziggy would be, like..... Maria or something

Alas, we were all so shallow then. D: I found Fei to be whiny at first (why does he learn his deathblows so slowly?!?), but he really isn't. In retrospect I can respect why he was reluctant to fight (after learning that whether he fights or dies, Grahf wins, of course he just wanted to sit in a corner and ignore everything) and why he got over it
he is at war with fucking fish-- and why he and Elly are so amazingly, perfectly suited for each other. Everything about Billy is made of awesome, but whether he's good in battle or not, Bart has Angel, which is like, my favorite deathblow in the game. XD *DORK*

Bart's one of my favorites. XD But he always seems to suck badly in battle for me, so I switch him out for Billy or Emeralda (usually Billy, because he's got the plus of HAVING A SHOT GUN IN HIS PANTS). My favorite dorky line in the game, however, is a Hammer one:
"Doc, Doc! Didja see my MAD SKILLZ!"
