Most of the people expressing interest in her are probably people who live halfway across the country or more from you and don't realize you exist. It's not like all the guys expressing interest in Marzgurl are guys you've met (if it was, you'd have remarkably bad luck), and there's nothing that says that if they were interested in a girl like Marz, and met you, they wouldn't be interested in you.
If it makes you feel any better, OP, if you seemed like a cool girl who was fun to be with and was around Marzgurl's level of looks, I'd be pretty interested. Just have hope and don't let it consume your life or you'll be all miserable, and being all miserable can often push interested people away.
