Do people only say this on the Internet? I mean if she's more popular than you on the Interwebs then ofc she's going to get more attention.

Stop whining about it. Someone worthwhile always comes around when you're not looking for it.

Maybe it's because she presents herself well to people. No matter how hot you are, if you can't speak correctly or understand social cues then you are dead meat. Maybe people find her interesting and engaging and her looks are just the cherry on the cake.

People want to fuck TGWTG members because they're doing reviews and became something like minor e-celebrities because of that.
It's MarzGurl they want and not some other person with similar traits and interests. MarzGurl is a character. You're not that character. You're just some nerdy girl without a show on blip.tv ;)

Pretty much this. It's not so much MarzGurl the person, it's MarzGurl the geek review "internet celebrity".

Something tells me they're looking at her tits and not her face. Plus, y'know, she's internet-famous. As much as that means.

Given that it's the Internet? Probably all over the world. Most of the people expressing interest in her are probably people who live halfway across the country or more from you and don't realize you exist. It's not like all the guys expressing interest in Marzgurl are guys you've met (if it was, you'd have remarkably bad luck), and there's nothing that says that if they were interested in a girl like Marz, and met you, they wouldn't be interested in you.

If it makes you feel any better, OP, if you seemed like a cool girl who was fun to be with and was around Marzgurl's level of looks, I'd be pretty interested. Just have hope and don't let it consume your life or you'll be all miserable, and being all miserable can often push interested people away.

I don't know the OP, obviously, but in my experience people who spend time moping around going "I'm just as pretty as that girl, so why don't boys like me instead of her" aren't terribly fun to be with. If the secret was just "I'm pretty and fun and I wish I had more dates" I'd be sympathetic - this just seems like petty jealousy and bitterness, tbh.

You're right, you do sound bitter. It's probably your personality that drives people away.

Er...maybe because she's clever and interesting and seems to be enjoying her life, whereas you sound kind of bitter and resentful and sulky?

Nobody is entitled to a relationship, no matter what they look like. You have to go out and win one by charming people, just like everyone else.

OP, the internet has a way of making people act like they wouldn't in real life. Just because there's people posting they'd bang her in a message board or whatever doesn't mean they would have the balls to pursue her IRL. Actually, they might not even be interested in her at all had they saw her IRL.

If she gets seen by more people than you do, she's got a higher chance of catching the right sort of attention - especially on a website frequented by people specifically interested in the things her show is about.

There's also the fact that she, you know... has a show. That sort of thing is kind of impressive, and tends to grab people's attention for at least a minute.
