OP, I know what you mean about not fitting in at work. But the Half Section really does seem like an awesome group. They care about their jobs even if it's on different levels and even with their differences, they'll work together in the end for the important things. Who wouldn't want to have co-workers like that? :)

You'd think a work environment like what these guys have to work with would be utterly toxic to morale and efficiency, but their group dynamic is the most awesomely-written group dynamic to grace television (imho), and they seem to be some of the happiest guys in orbit. :D
