Chrona from Soul Eater, just as an FYI.

But that's legit the only one I know of, and the non-gendering only works because of the way the Japanese language is structured. Fansubs/scanlations will assign Chrona a gender, though, despite even the manga-ka not knowing what Chrona's gender identity is.
