Well the more you keep telling them that, the more it won't. If you're going on the assumption that every little quirk in human attraction needs a different label, people will assume they need to find a label that fits them. That's sort of how it works.

Eh, no one ever told me anything, I just grew up that way needing labels for everything. (Seriously, my favorites bar on my computer is labeled and sublabeled, my notes have sections and sebsections, etc.) stuff like that just make me, me. And I'm sure I'm not the only one. And if people want to make every quirk of theres a label, fine, whatever.

The thing with demisexuality, though, is that enough people found themselves in a point where neither sexual nor asexual quite fit them. It's a place in between the points where demisexual comes in,a midway point.

People don't have to use labels if they don't want to, but when they exist, and when enough people use it to make it relevant... Then it is relevant.

I have no issue with you and I'm glad you enjoy my comments. I just think that in this case you are failing to see what some people here are trying to convey. I am tired, and I don't think I can phrase it in a way that will make more sense at this point. I am retiring before babble and nonsense starts coming out.
