Ummmm, considering how often he graced the covers of every teen magazine in the market back in the day, I'd say this really doesn't need to be a secret. He was marketed as a tween heartthrob, in the same way Justin Beiber is now. We were basically encouraged to have a crush on him.

OP, I had a crush on the girl I had after-school play-dates with when we were both six.

I can only vaguely remember what she looked like. But she let me kiss her cheek once; not only can I clearly remember how that felt, but I can also clearly remember getting dizzy over the sexy way she smelled like baby powder.


IT'S JUST A MEMORY. That's the way memories work - you REMEMBER them. If you have such a clear visual/auditory/etc. reminder, you're going to remember it THAT much more clearly. It doesn't mean anything other than that the thing you're remembering was something meaningful and memorable to you.
