So, if you didn't do any research on the movie you were heading to see, you still really think you have a right to be pissed off over a movie, based on a comic book that wasn't even pretending in the slightest to be right?

I just... you know what, whatever. You're entitled to your opinion.

My point exactly. These comics don't pretend to be an accurate representation of the real Norse myth, it's Marvel!Norse Myth and on that account, I loved the film. I love real mythology but it bothers me when people try and mix these two. It's not like Stan Lee came out and said they were going for a real representation.
