That's just the problem (not the OP or anything). We can't eat normal. We don't know how. No one taught us how, and then our eating just doesn't work. We know extremes. Our families didn't have healthy eating. We either eat a half a bag of nachos and cheese, 12 crab rangoons, cheese cake, brownies, smores, chocolates, large fries and other candies (sometimes in one sitting, sometimes in a week- still enough to cause weight gain.) or we eat an apple a day. One apple. Sometimes egg whites. On really good days we'll have a salad an apple and egg whites, no dressings, no cheese, no nothing with tea and water. Because if we eat more, we'll lose control. And we'd rather lose control this way than be fat.
... This is coming from someone that's had 00 to size 6 pants. Size 6 is "ideal" or chubby according to others.. 00 is skeletal. People hit on me when I'm a size 2-6.... But I don't have a balance. I can't balance. I'm around people that stuff their faces and so I isolate. Eating is a social thing. How do you fix it once you've done it once and everyone's judging you because you're trying to eat healthy so you must have a problem???
So yeah- it is a weight problem to and knowing how to eat. But learning how to eat isn't easy. You have the privledge of awesome parents that knew how to eat normal I bet. Others don't. Chronic dieter or under eating parents with a perfectionistic streak to impose the insane eating on their kids. Or obese parents that give their kids McDonald's all the time. It warps your perception. Kills your relationship with food. That's not even touching the surrounding psychological issues of neglect and shit.
So yeah- we may have needed to drop ten pounds or so. ... I was a size 3 when I started.

(You're defo trolling but that's going to be super triggering to anyone and you're basically an awful asshole for encouraging that. No one would like you in person either! You're encouraging them to harm themselves! If it were off the internet you could get into legal trouble. I hope you're enjoying feeling superior over girls that were probably beaten/molested/neglected as children. It takes a whole lot of courage to do that, now doesn't it???)
