I always used to like the Pepe cartoons as a kid, but I've been rewatching old Looney Tunes over the last few months and I just...no...no, Pepe.

There's an episode where he decides to threaten suicide because the cat wants nothing to do with him. He walks off with a gun and you hear a bang, and the poor cat thinks he did himself in, but when she rushes to see if he's still alive, he's all like "lol j/k!" There are SO MANY suicide jokes in old Looney Tunes, it kind of astounds me.
