See, I this that's the difference I'm seeing: They're pointing out the Doctor's problems more often, and much more pointedly. For example, I remember Tegan leaving cuz she was sick of it all, but they didn't stand there for five minutes going over all of the Doctor's issues and talking about how traveling with him can really fuck people up.

Whatever it is you meant to show me, I don't think it's at the 1:28 mark. If you mean Tegan saying it's not fun anymore, or the Doctor saying he should mend his ways... yeah, that's not exactly a long discussion, is it?
