Samcedes! I shipped them too. They were just so perfectly adorable at prom. But then I just wanted Mercedes to stay single and be happy single because this shows obsession with romatic relationships really bugs me.

Dude, Sam not coming back is Chord Overstreet's choice. Not Ryan Murphy's, Chord's. They decided not to give him a promotion (up to regular cast) but said he was more than welcome to stay the way he was up until this point. Whether you agree with that decision or not is a different story, but Chord chose to leave.

But...but why? I love them both, but I hated that pairing just because it was so obvious that they didn't care about either one of them and just threw them together because they were the only single ones left. I mean, they have nothing in common aside from Glee and never even really had a conversation. To me it just showed how little they care about Mercedes and how much they fucked up Sam's character. No wonder Chord's leaving. He got screwed over, writing-wise. :\

Always good to see another Samcedes fan.
I ship them partially because of Sam's body dismorphia - I think that each has something that the other needs in terms of confidence and that they can help each other find a safe place within themselves.
Also they were ADORABLE at prom.
