It's a bit short, yes. And very...vague. Like, if I had taken that quiz on a different day in a different mood, I might have answered completely differently as well. It's all kind of soul searching and first gut reaction. Also, the questions come with pictures (very pretty ones), but I think that might change people's answers. Just seeing a word or seeing that concept as beautiful art, it matters.

I've pretty much always gotten the same results on those quizzes (with possibly one or two exceptions), and again on Pottermore, and it does feel like the House that would fit best.

...my inner Ravenclaw is appalled at the idea of 'vagueness' and 'gut reaction' in a categorisation test. Detail! Nuance! Statistical rigour!

(I wonder do they have a system to maintain reasonably equal levels of membership to all four houses? Because it can't be representative of the population as a whole, not so neatly, surely? And yet, it can't be accurate if it biases. Hmmm.)

I got Sorted into Ravenclaw and I found some of the questions hellish. Now, to be fair, most personality tests have that air of vagueness about them, but at least with some of those you get a percentage of 'how much' of a Ravenclaw/Hufflepuff/etc you are, or you get to be nuanced in your answers. The Pottermore quizzes did have some questions that I would probably answer the same way every time, but those then did take some soul-searching.

The houses have pretty much the same number of people in them, give or take a few hundred. So there has to be some kind of system. Also, I've heard there are people who were given a choice between two houses, kind of like Harry.
