You have nothing to worry about, anon! A huge part of the fandom goes nuts for the secondary characters (Derpy, Lyra, BonBon, Trixie, Photofinish, Colgate, Roseluck, Berry Punch) anyway. And the motto of the fandom is to 'love and tolerate'. :D

Seconding the equestriamlp rec. My only advice, OP, is not to be too negative about the ponies you don't like. If you don't like a pony then that's cool, you have your reasons, your opinion, nobody will mind. But in fandom (and this isn't just isolated to MLP, it's EVERY fandom) there's always somebody who walks into a love-in post for a particular character and starts trying to 'educate' everyone on why that character sucks. I'm sure you wouldn't do this, OP, I just mention it because you took the time to specify the names of the characters you don't like in the secret and all.

How about making an introduction post at equestriamlp and using it to start up a discussion about Photo Finish? Maybe post a pic spam of her or a video of your favourite moment or quote and encourage people to share theirs in the comments as well?
