What they did isn't okay at all. But I will say that an explanation is not an excuse, and while it's important to understand that they don't realize it's wrong/find it offensive, acknowledging that is in no way condoning what they did.

True, I'm just going by one of the previous threads on here where people were actually trying to say that it was okay for Korean entertainers to do blackface because they aren't American or European.
