you won't ever have fun drawing or get better at it if you waste so much time scouring the internet for similar pics and worrying constantly that it's been done before. who cares? art, fanart especially, is about what YOU WANNA draw not what you think other people want to see, and even if it's a similar idea no one will have the exact same twist every time. haven't you heard that everything's been done before? worrying about what others have already done and if they've done it better is a surefire way to hold yourself back from EVER having an original idea!

This forever. I'm amazed anyone scours the net just to make sure nobody's drawn what they had in mind, wtf.

Poses, ideas, even ORIGINAL STORIES, you won't be the first to do it. Why be so concerned about this? It's fanart, it's not original by default anyway.

Just draw what you want and share it, no point in doing art just for views. Artists who truly love what they do will draw for themselves regardless of how much attention it gets them.
