This is one of those rare books that I consider practically perfect in every way. It taught me coping techniques for dealing with fear, to feel sympathy for my enemies, the value about trying to listen and learn about other people and their cultures, that parents can still love you even if you fail out of school (and for which stupidity is only one reason to do badly), and hope.
All the characters are amazing, the plot is wrapped up in an amazingly satisfying way, and there is the promise of a future. (All with a strong female protagonist!
And antagonist!) I couldn't ask for a better book, honestly. I never thought a sequel was needed.
