I loved the whole premiere and cas is my favorite character. so. I don't think he's dead forever, either.

Pfft even if he does REALLY die (with corpse with wings and all) he's an angel so my headcanon will be that he can always be brought back (as well as Balthazar and Anna and Gabriel etc).
