While I'm not as fanatic about Disney as you are, I love Disney with all my heart and soul. Oddly enough, it was my college years that got me more in touch with Disney again, like myself and all my friends who crowded around a tiny TV in our common room to watch Disney classics were trying to hold on to a piece of our childhoods.

I never pass up a chance to watch a Disney film with my friends.

I don't think that's so odd-- a lot of kids realize once they hit college that they've been so busy trying to act "grown up" that they managed to forget (or worse, scorn) things that genuinely made them happy when they were younger. So they decide "who gives a damn?" and do what they want. As a result, people who are out of their teens often do things teenagers would think immature (like watching beloved old cartoons)-- because they're mature enough to know the difference between acting like a grown up and being one :3
