I'm scared of saying directly, because if one of my friends wanders in and finds me they will know EXACTLY who I am, but...
The biggest Jpop fandom I have is a guy who sang an anime OP and then everyone forot about him. The smallest is a dance artist (http://www.yusukemomose.com) who has a tiny fanbase even in Japan.
