Yep. She's been thinking about telling him soon and is already a little worried about how he'll react, since she's been assaulted for being trans before. Most of her in-the-know friends (okay, Tom. I don't remember if anyone else knows) are supportive of her and will kick Jamie's ass if he's a jerk about it, but Amber took it upon herself to be really nasty and threaten Charlie to keep her quiet about Amber's lesbian crush (which was not something Charlie was going to do as she at least knows not to out people; she and Amber's crush Nay looked at Amber's sketchbook to get an idea for a present for Amber to express Nay's interest, and it was full of pictures of Nay. Amber knew Charlie took the sketchbook, freaked out at her, later handwaved an "I wasn't really going to").
