To fit a definition of what ROTC is within the 600x600 secret submission image is not all that practical.

You don't need to provide a definition. Spell it out instead of using abbreviations. Are Americans so fat that they can't even fit four words within a 600x600px space?

Military personnel are just so used to using military acronyms that they don't even think about spelling them out fully anymore. They're everywhere in the jargon, so expect to hear something from a soldier/sailor/marine/airman along the lines of something like: "I've got PT every morning at 0600 and up upcoming PFA next week. I gotta pass this PFA in order to move on to other stuff in OTS and then pass that BOLC that they've got comin'. BOLC's still the same as OBC, right? Oh and did you hear? The army's issuing new uniforms now. They're getting rid of those old Woodland BDUs and replacing them with those new, digital pattern ACUs. Seems the navy's kinda doing the same thing as well."
