(Anonymous) 2011-10-01 08:31 pm (UTC)(link)Being afraid of things you don't understand and don't know much of anything about is a problem, and will always be a problem. It's okay not to be excited, but it's not okay to be afraid of what might happen.
It might be good, it might be bad, it might be good for a lot of people but not appealing to you. Based off of the points you've raised, yes, you have a very real reason to think you're not going to like it, but you're basing that on logic, reasoning, and facts. I see absolutely no evidence from the secret to assume that the person who made it is responding to anything but mindless fear of the future, of the new because it is new. And that's not right.
