I agree. I don't want anything baby-related, not in Glee.

If you specifically mean Quinn wanting the baby back or whatever, yeah, that's annoying a hell.

If you mean ANY baby-related stuff... well, the thing is, Quinn gave the baby to the mother of a main character. Short of never having the mom appear again (and given the relationship AND the fact that she's a famous singer and it's a musical show, you know that's not gonna happen), how were they going to avoid it? If Shelby's on the show, she's bringing the baby with her, so baby-related stuff is going to happen.

Not much of a secret, tbh. After gorging myself on Glee for the past three months to catch up, I am finally disappointed in it, due to how they're handling this stupid-assed arc.

And really, yeah. Rebel!Quinn >>> everything. So cheesed that it was all magically erased. Wtf.

I agree. Rebel!Quinn looked badass and they could have done so much with her, but nooooooooo, let's focus on the baby drama we ignored for a year and make Quinn crazy. Stupid ass writers, they always do that, they stumble over something interesting and ignore it for another plot point.

THIS. I hate how they destroy every potentially decent idea they come up with.

Seconded. Why go through all the trouble of setting her up with the Skanks, to just randomly reverse it?

That storyline seemed to have a strange message.

"Hey Quinn, if you don't stop dressing like and being about as rebellious as Spinelli from Recess, you can't be a part of this baby's life. You know, this baby. The one you had be adopted over a year ago. We're baaaack, to get all up in your business.

Also accept yourself.

GLEE!"

Ikr. Quinn how dare you dress differently... your hot topic style is not suitable for children.

You can't even argue it's because she was being a bitch and bully because that's what she's always like.

I don't and I agree with secret poster anon. She was a lot more interesting before that particular tumor of a subplot. It's not anything we haven't seen before on a shitload of other shows. And to think I imagined that Glee was DIFFERENT.

I disagree to an extent. I don't like what they're doing to Quinn's character with Beth in the storyline, but I like Beth being back. Maybe it was just too soon though.

In all actuality though, I just want her and Puck to make more babies. All of the babies. as long as they don't randomly put her back with useless-ass Finn, I'll be slightly satisfied (lol jk I'll be pissed off if she's with anyone that isn't Puck)

But honestly, what pissed me off more is that they closed the plot about Quinn trying to be herself and not answer to anyone and such in one episode. It'd be more interesting if at least carried out for one extra episode, not as a B plot or an A plot, but just a few scenes in between, just to help develop it. I mean, after Quinn gave up the baby, we heard nothing about her even wanting her baby back because she went prom-queen mode and that's all her plots were about. It'd be more interesting to see her see Shelby and hear about the baby and start thinking about how much she wants to see how her biological daughter is doing and eventually when she tries to agree to Shelby's offer of seeing Beth, Shelby refuses because of Quinn's new personality. Quinn is furious, and maybe we see a bit of her logic about how Shelby was no longer a suitable mother for Beth and how she should take Beth back and then at the very end of a random episode, see her transformation back to the old Quinn, with that same ending with her talking to Puck at a practice. But that's just my personal opinion - I found the episode really rushed, and the next episode didn't even mention Quinn and her plan at all.

tl;dr - they could've done so much more with that plot to make it more interesting.

I'm sick of baby crap in general. If I want to watch babies I'd watch Raising Hope, Parenthood or Up All Night. Not Glee or Doctor Who or Torchwood.

Besides I'm still not sure what sort of message they were trying to send: Dark clothes with pink hair is bad? Putting your baby up for adoption is bad? Parents who put their babies up for adoption are evil? Adoptive parents can never be as good as biological parents even if they raise you and take care of you like their own?

Seriously, WTH?

I hate baby-related plotlines with a fiery passion, so I half-agree. But, at least they're actually addressing the baby. Fuckin' finally.

Is this a secret?! Rebel Quinn (or Hot Quinn, as I call her) is the only version of Quinn I've ever not violently loathed.

I've only seen the pilot of Glee, so why is Quinn dressed like this? Is it because she's not a cheerleader anymore?

So much this. Seriously, I don't really like kids/babies to begin with and definitely don't care for them in my tv shows. But I also wish they didn't pretty much act like dressing/looking the way rebel Quinn does was a bad thing. Like everyone wanted to 'cure her' of her icky non-normal attire. I look and dress similar to that (not nearly as attractive, ofc, but I digress..) and people who do aren't all pissy little emo kids going through a ~phase~. She can still be who she is and dress differently! Your clothes don't change who you are as a person!

I dressed like that as a teenager. (Still do sort of, but since the money is now going toward rent and food and stuff, it's gotten toned down a bit.)

I know it's not a big representation issue or anything, but it would have been kind of nice to have characters on a show who did high school sort of like I did. Especially since it seemed to be a "well, guess I don't qualify as a 'good girl' anymore, but now I'm free to try out new things" plot, which was kind of similar to what motivated me to start dressing like that (for totally different reasons, but I still relate a little.)

What's with all the baby-hate these days? =(

but asldkdlg yes besides that the suddenly oh i want my baby back-ness is annoying and out of left field.. and is not being handled well, from what spoilers i've read
