...I don't know that this actually warrented one, anon, but for future reference, trigger warnings really should go BEFORE the potentially triggery content. If you put it at the bottom of the pic, anyone who would have needed to avoid looking at whatever-it-is will probably have seen it already before they notice they're being warned.

It's Jaime's face imposed on Cersei's head, but the picture is from later in the season when he's all bloody and dirty after a battle, so it looks kind of weird. I couldn't figure out what the heck that thing was below his face, so I went and looked at the original screenshot and I think it's Cersei's elbow.
