If you want to get back into reading books, you just have to go and do it. I know it can be hard in our internet culture to sit down and read a book, but you just have to find something that holds your interest enough, and spend at least a little time with it each day. Before bed is a good time, when you aren't sitting in front of the computer or thinking about other things. The fanfic will still be there when you come back to your computer.

This. I'd recommend setting aside at least half an hour for reading a day (if you do this before bed, it also helps you to fall asleep) and just bringing a book everywhere. I spend more time fucking around on the Internet than I'd like, but you can't do that when you're on the bus or killing a few minutes before class/work/whatever. I also find that I'm sometimes way more into reading nonfiction books than fiction--if you want to get back into the habit of reading books, nonfiction might hit the needs you won't get from fanfiction. (Or you can always read books that have fandoms to get into afterwards...)
