Um, no. It's rare that fujoshi ship a pairing like that too.

Personally, I don't ship Kotetsu/Karina because they doesn't really click as people. Kotetsu is a lying liar who lies (although he got sorta better about it with revealing he's losing is powers and all but it feels like it's not a complete turnaround) and keeps stuff to himself. Karina is kinda slow on the uptake of reading between the lines and needs help from others to point out when Kotetsu is lying and hiding something. Plus it's clear she's in love with an ideal of him and not actually him, hence why her crush is unreasonable.

Plus, it's less that near 20-year age difference and that he has a daughter that's only 6-7 younger than Karina.

I think I would be less annoyed if she was a guy because it doesn't fall into the trap of having 'the attractive female character with the most screentime fall with the main character' trope. But I wouldn't still ship them.

But I would still be on the Karina/Keith train.
