So many really means that it's pretty rare. I don't know a very popular pairing that the one is older than younger by 19 years and have a kid old enough to be the younger's sibling. It's more common if the older one is 10 years older or lower. But even so, it's not common for it to be a popular OTP or don't get the same derision that Kotetsu/Karina has. I mean think the Kuroshitsuji fandom where the most common OTP is a shota pairing but it has a lot of detractors.

Besides one fandom doesn't mean that pairing proclivities exist in another. One of the appeal for the T&B fandom that a lot of characters are adults, which is a big draw for me anyway.

Also, it's also being dishonest thinking only fujoshi don't like this pairing, I know a lot of fans who aren't fujoshi at all don't like the pairing either. And if people don't like it because of the age gap and that Kotetsu has a daughter near Karina's age, it's a legitimate reason. Personally I don't like it less about the age difference and more that they would be horrible for each other and how the show portrayed it.
