People believe lots of silly stuff on tumblr. There was a headcanon being passed around as a quote from JKR saying that Lily wanted Snape to be Harry's godfather but James refused, but they agreed he'd be the godfather of their second child, and no one knew that Lily was pregnant when she died. I mean it's the biggest pile of shit I've ever read but people were honestly asking if it was true because they were crying their eyes out.
