1. Ack! Give me the original Betty any day. She and Jughead were my favourites. WTF is this redesign?? Link, anyone?

8. I was raised on Star Trek so the multiverse idea is practically my worldview. So anything goes. It doesn't bother me that you dislike non-canon pairings, however it does bother me that you think people are stupid for it. >:(

22. I've never seen that in my life! What is it? Who's it by? I want to try it.

24. I love Martha. She's awesome. <3

28. If you're asexual, how come you read porn? Sorry, I'm not trying to be rude, I just wondered. I always thought asexuality meant no interest in sex? Anyway, read what you like, and you're not a child for not liking a particular genre (I know how you feel, I get that reaction whenever someone posts anything with kink in it).

29. She doesn't turn my crank personally, but I find her smirk and deadpan attitude awesome. And she's definitely not ugly.

30. ::headdesk:: ::repeat until numb::

32. I both agree and disagree with you. I also think weepy-uke-Gaara is beyond idiotic as a character interpretation. On the other hand, I don't have any issues with him being on the bottom. If only for curiosity's sake after Lee goes on about how awesome it is, lol.

I understand that you're not trying being rude, and I'm not offended in the least bit. Asexuality has degrees, and different types. There's not really a term for having a desire for the physical feelings of sex, and not having the emotional desire for a companion just for you. That's what I could best describe myself as.

In that same vein, there are some people who have no desire for the emotional companionship as well as physical sexual lust. On one end of the spectrum.

I hope I was clear enough. :X But Wikipedia does have a few more points that I may have missed, if you want more information. ^^;;

Thanks for explanation. Interesting. Though, it makes sense, it's just another funky part of the wildy varying degrees of human sexuality, eh?

Your welcome.

Humans are interesting creatures, indeed.

Wouldn't that be aromantic, then? I've heard that term tossed around before. Personally, I think there's nothing wrong. People's sexualities and desires can in some cases be constantly varying. I had no interest in romance until I was 18 :O My older sister had no interest in dating/romance/sex until she was about 23ish? This society is very oversexualized and it hypes up the idealized western concept of romantic love a lot, so if you're not really totally gaga over sex OR romantic love, it can make you feel abnormal. But I don't think there's anything wrong with that, as long as it's not romantic aversion (ie: an intimacy issue) and it's just pure disinterest.

I've never heard the term aromantic before, actually. o_o

But that's interesting to hear that about your older sister, but also very refreshing.

But yes, it's disinterest, not aversion for me.

Mus of Kerbridge (http://www.amazon.com/Mus-Kerbridge-Paul-Kidd/dp/0786900946/ref=sr_1_1/103-9233612-4663026?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1182921645&sr=8-1) is a lovely fantasy novel by Paul Kidd. It's a world full of centaurs and satyrs, romance, war, intrigue. It's got magical talking mice and a kickass heroine and you can buy it for pennies on amazon.
