1) If you don't feel comfortable sharing a fandom with your "fandom friend" she's not a friend any more. Drift away like a drifty thing.
2) You are not obligated to read her fics. Ever. And it really would be best for both of you if you stopped.
3) She is not obligated to stop writing because you find her fics ooc. As long as she's enjoying herself, that's excuse enough. Reading fics is entirely an opt-in exercise, and you know what? If her fics suck that much, most people aren't going to opt in. Let her enjoy herself.
4) Perhaps this is the most important thing: You don't need to feel any second hand embarrassment on her behalf. You are you, she is she, and no one is going to get the two of you confused. It's not your problem. Let it go.
