I totally do that, and also pet/stroke my laptop whenever I feel very sad for someone I'm watching/reading about.

Actually, sometimes I just pet my laptop when it does something awesome. And call it by name. Uh, too much?

haha, usually Benny and me are pretty good except when she randomly freaks out on me for whatever reason. Or I accidentally drop her or something. So, you know, a pretty normal relationship, all things considered. :P

I usually just hug my bear, Will. I mean, much more comfortable and stuff. But I do hug my laptop when I'm talking to a friend who needs a virtual hug.
