Garcia doesn't go out kicking doors and she's sensitive and thinks everywhere there's rainbows but I'd argue she's still FIERCE and STRONG.

Come on she can delete you from existence.

She doesn't fit the not 'super-smart/fiesty' bit either. I don't think Garcia really aligns with what the OP is searching for. She's not an action hero but she is very self-assured and totally the opposite of shy.

She's just a good character - not Hollywood pretty but she's the one runnin' dat FBI.
