I can just imagine the back cover now...

*It's usually a boy in these types of stories, isn't it? "My Teacher is an Alien", the body-switch books, a lot of the Goosebump books? >_>

LOL. It sounds like a parody. "...knife someone in the back" sounds really high stakes for a kid's novel. It's a novel like that South Park episode where the kids are playing detective, but then the cops hire them to be real detectives and they end up in shoot out. Sam ends up entangled in some mysterious and dangerous secret society, and they are expecting him to bring down his evil assassin history teacher, but Sam's just some dumb high school kid who is tweeting "omg im in a sweet ass secret hide out with a lethur wearin hottie!" while some sexy historian tries to explain the difference between her society and his evil teacher's assassin society with dusty visual aids.
