Oh, fanfiction. I don't really read fanfiction anymore, almost all the stories seem to involve pairing him up with some girl or the Riddler. Does that happen in this version?

Kind of, but it's 95% unrequited on his side, and it's never mentioned except when he notes his disgust of the idea. Al usually has other situations-usually cause by her crazy friends Techie and Captain-to occupy her time. It's definitely not a romantic plot tumor and they will never get together. It's a comedic series of stories of Scarecrow involuntarily getting himself three psychotic henchgirls and dragged along with the crap they do.

It does happen, but it is still by far the best Batman fanfiction series on Fanfictio.net.
