Well, "bitch" at least is a term I've heard directed at both men and women, and even though it's used mainly with women there are insults that are used mainly with men like "bastard" and "prick" so I don't really see the issue there.
"Feminazi" is a term I know very little about, other than hearing it used to refer to very militant feminists, rather than (again) women as a whole. And by "militant" I don't mean pushing the feminist agenda, but just sort of being jerks to anyone and everyone who doesn't agree with them. Every single political and social movement has those jerks.
As for the third - I thought that was just an insult to an individual? Not that it makes it okay, but it doesn't make it anti-feminist. Just because you label yourself as a feminist doesn't mean you are suddenly immune to shit. If a person called themselves, say, a Democrat, and another person said "well you're just a stupid and ugly Democrat", it wouldn't be a cool thing to say, but it's also not an attack against Democrats.
