Not really. I've been in fandom that bashed fujoshi/slashers and their pairings like crazy and to keep saying that the annoying ones are only m/m shippers when a majority of ship wars happen with het shippers is disingenuous. I'm pretty much tried that only m/m shippers get the label of annoying shippers when annoying shippers exist in both het and femslash fandoms as well, and there are no more rarer either.

It's really more the type of fan than what they ship. Pushy, somewhat self-righteous, bossy people will always be annoying to deal with.

I get what you are saying and there are annoying slashers on both sides of the fence. I just can't see why people can't just ship what they want and not get on other people for doing something different. I mean if i wanna see a ship between Trafalgar Law and Doflamingo then i will just write it and not care what other people think of it. The victim attitude is really annoying. No one is oppressing them for liking their ship. Get over it.

Yes that is also annoying but i don't encounter that nearly as much as butthurt slash fans who get mad if you don't like slash. And as i mentioned before i ship het, slash and femslash, so if that was a stab at me it was stupid. I got into fanfiction because of slash. Saiyuki to be more precise.
