Yes, but who gets to decide what "pretty" is? Does she ever state she thinks she's ugly? If not, then maybe she's perfectly happy with how she looks.

Judging by the game's story and the fact that Mileena considers herself some sort of succubus, I'd safely say she is considered "hot" amongst Tartakans. Shao Kahn considers her the perfect daughter (in both looks and personality) too.

It seems only the good guys are horrified by her appearance, though that's probably because she's a twisted clone of Kitana moreso than the teeth.

Sorry, I'm tired and not feeling very eloquent, it just makes me feel good about the world to hear something like this, even if it's about a fictional character who looks nothing like a human in the real world. You and I have disagreed on things in the past (you wouldn't recognize me, as I don't have an active LJ and always post anon,) but this comment is +1 forever.
