Not true. He never considered shagging Meg, or Casey. Contrary to popular opinion he has standards.

Dean has established some kind of rapport with basically every woman he's slept with. There are like... Maybe 2 exceptions, the only one I can think of is "doublemint twins" from 3.01. Any other time we've seen him sleep with someone (Cassie, Jamie, Lisa, Anna) it's someone he's at least kind of gotten to know. We've seen him flirt and make comments but as far as I can remember it's not often that he just screws someone without actually having a conversation with them.

Also he tells all of those women some pretty intimate details about himself before sleeping with them. He acts like a womanizer but it's waaaay more a front than anything else. Even the bartender from 7.04 it was implied he talked to her for a while and spewed some heavy crap before he got cockblocked by Osiris.
