I genuinely believe my g-spot doesn't work - I mean, sure, I must have one, since people are supposed to have one, but I've never found it. And... what if? What if I really don't have one? The entire existence of the g-spot is kinda questionable so it wouldn't be too surprising for someone to not have one.

This. If you really look at female anatomy, there is no difference in any part of the inner wall of the vagina to any other part, not at the supposed G spot any more than elsewhere. No concentrated nerve cluster, nothing. That some women claim to enjoy extra stimulation to where the G spot is supposed to be makes very little anatomical sense. (If it's not purely self-suggestion, it might be that that part of their vaginal wall is slightly thicker than usual and therefore pushing at it provides indirect stimulation to the urethra, which might feel pleasurable.)

I saw some suggestion that it might be linked to the prostate, and that some women have more of a stimulatable cluster on the other side of the vaginal wall than others. So, as you say, it is hugely variable.
