But over the years I found it more and more tiresome to pretend that I don't like a group/song/type of music, when in fact I did!

The band in my icon gets shit from everyone & the medias, but I don't care : their music makes me happy every time I listen to it.
It's more than I can say about people who would rain on my parade by insiting they're shit, just because they're snobs.

Thankfully, by now most people I do spend time with are better than that. They may not like what I like, but we're perfectly okay with that and respectful of each other's tastes.
