I think the only time I've really liked her is in Atonement. I think she does a fantastic job there.

She was okay in that. I got the feeling she was playing herself. Which is not a compliment.

MTE, actually. It was brilliant casting. The other brilliant casting I've seen was Portman in Black Swan. In a way, being a bad actress worked for her, given what the role was about.

It's unfortunate because I think they are good people who are also very beautiful, I just don't think acting is for them.

Ugh, Natalie Portman. She is gorgeous, and I would do her in a minute if she were into nobody fangirls, but her acting is so bad in just about everything she's in. My friends keep trying to convince me she's about mediocre on an acting level, but I just don't see it. All I see is crap with a beautiful face.

And just for the record, I still haven't had the chance to see Black Swan.

she was amazing in black swan in my opinion. it was the first film i've seen her in that i enjoyed acting wise.
