I guess that's why I get put off? Not that I'm saying that humiliation kinks aren't OK -- I have a dear friend who writes lots of very skillful fanfic that I can't read because humiliation is her primary kink and I just can't read it. I just can't, it makes my stomach hurt (for a similar reason I can't watch most american comedy. :p)

But I can't help but feel that a man being 'lessened' by putting on women's clothes, or acting in a women's role, is kind of insulting to women. :( I have a similar turn-off about involuntary genderswitch where the focus is on how 'degraded' the male character is by being forced into a women's body, or mpreg when it approaches similar themes.

I know that feel bro. I have an embarrasment squick (which is ridiculous considering my fandoms) so I can't stand cross-dressing, gender switch and all that stuff because, from what I've seen, the characters get humiliated.
