Actually, I've seen quite a bit of McCoy/Chapel fic. I don't ship it, so I don't have links, but I'm pretty sure it's one of the bigger het ships in AOS fandom. Maybe check out wherenowoman if you haven't looked already?

dude, I ship McCoy/Chapel so hard, you have no idea. It's hard to find fanworks about them, but. I love the pairing <3.

I mean, granted I ship other pairings in that pic, but. On McCoy/Chapel shipping, I'm with you.

I don't know why exactly, but I can't ship anybody on the Enterprise seriously. The only pairing-type situations between these guys that I even sort of like are Scotty/Uhura and maybe Sulu secretly crushing on Kirk from afar (for what reason, I don't know). But, as other people have said already, Chapel was mentioned in the reboot (I don't know that she actually appeared, but I do recall hearing her name), OP. This pairing has a chance.
