30.) This post is HELLA old but SO MUCH WORD. I was tempted to post a secret about the same thing! Thank goodness I scrolled back, the musical was fantastic but the books (son of a witch included) just...bastardized a lot of Oz, sure I appreciate giving some depth to Oz where it didn't have it before, but when he started running off into his own ideas he lost it's spirit. That and he turned Dorothy a loveable, sweet, enduring, fun character into a vapid, self serving brat. Which REALLY pissed me off.
