god I hate the word "Destiel".

Same. Also hate Sabriel. Don't mind Samifer, for some reason, but that's probably because I associate it with Sam!Lucifer rather than Sam/Lucifer.

I just honestly don't understand what's wrong with writing Dean/Cas. It's like, one more thing key have to type on the keyboard. One.

At least it is better than Sassy. Where does that even come from? It is Cas, not Cassy, so it doesn't even make sense as a smooshed name.

Really, though, people should just write it out. Dean/Cas is short. It isn't that hard.

I assume that's just because people like to say the word "sassy."

Well, I'm sailing along on the crazy boat Wincest and haven't been deterred or felt alone. I have friends who are heavy into Dean/Cas and I'm totally ok with that even though it doesn't float my boat. :)

Oh god when did this "Destiel" shit pop up? I saw it the other day on my flist and was like, "Whut?" Last time I read fic for this pairing there wasn't any of that, did I miss some weirdass revolution?

You clearly haven't been in the SPN fandom in a long ass time, Destiel has fucking taken over. The only other ship that is somewhat equal in size is Wincest, and thats primarily because its older.

I don't really ship them but a lot of the fanfic is still really good, so sometimes I end up reading it and then the slash starts and I just go "What? Why are they making out now? Oh, right, shipping." And I just skip those parts.

I hear ya. I really, really like Cas, but when I started watching season 4 I just didn't see all of the heart wrenching sexual tension that people seem to think is there :/
