Some people have an easier time telling apart faces from foreigners than others. It gets easier the more often you look at them.

If it's about the music, KPop is basically a lot like American music (though different) and JPop has a more unique sound that doesn't really gel with American music like Kpop can.

Though with Gackt I don't know his music, so idek. I just know girl groups.
