Thing is, the "how he looks" comment could refer to his effeminate appearance. And if that is the case, and this is a quality OP (thinks he) has, I can see how they would take that personally. Just posing this as a option because I've heard a shitload of comments in fandom about how Kurt is "too gay" and how they should have more "normal" gay men on the show.

I'm just repulsed by his mouth and i mean really repulsed. I want to smack him, no question asked. Switch his mouth and i have no problem with him. As for his character, i don't even watch glee, so concerning me it's really just this fucking mouth i want to destroy. Sorry.
