1) even though Kurt doesn't push Blaine to kiss him, that doesn't change the fact that Blaine feels uncomfortable about promoting his sexuality at school
2) Just because he got the main lead in the musical doesn't mean he's universally liked, plus as far as we know, his only competition for that role was Kurt
3) Finn does not dig him, It's actually to the point where I'm pretty sure in the last episode Finn was actually intentionally leading him on to think that he was being nice to blaine, until the whole "Nope, lol, it's for Rory"
4) The cheerios only danced with his as part of their plot to destroy the piano, the only cheerio that "clearly thought he was hot" was Santana, who is a lesbian.
I mean, Blain's life isn't the worst thing ever at McKinely, but he obviously misses the warblers, Finn (who is "the leader") is making him feel unwelcome, and he can't be open about who he is and still be universally accepted anymore. Compare all that to how it was at Dalton for him, McKinely sucks.
