What Sebastian hated most of all were Kurt's babby teeth, his turned up nose, and those lips that looked perfect for cock sucking but still hadn't gone there.
The last straw was Blaine, a princeling from a neighboring kingdom showing up, and paying tribute to Kurt. Not Sebastian, who he regarded as a mere concubine.
Queen Sebastian gave his loyal huntsman, the fearsome Karofsky, the order to take Kurt out into the woods, cut him up slowly then string him up from a tree, and bring him back the boy's skin.
